Job Summary

• The Executive Driver will be responsible for safely transporting the CEO to official meetings, appointments, and other engagements while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the CEO to meetings, appointments, site visits, and official engagements.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at all scheduled destinations.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays where possible.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s schedules, discussions, and movements.
• Assist with basic errands and logistical support when required.
• Keep accurate records of vehicle use, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Driver or Company Driver.
• Valid Driver’s License and good knowledge of Abuja road networks.
• Good understanding of traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Must be well-presented, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
