Our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of people living with Parkinson\'s disease, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, fundraising, partnerships, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and drive the Foundation\'s vision and growth.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead fundraising, donor engagement, and revenue-generation initiatives.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, programmes, and organizational performance.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and risk management requirements.
• Serve as the Foundation\'s primary spokesperson and advocate.
• Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Increase awareness and visibility of the Foundation and its mission.
• Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven organizational culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master\'s Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field.
• Bachelor\'s Degree with relevant professional certifications and demonstrated leadership experience within the nonprofit sector.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a senior nonprofit leadership or management role.
• Proven success in fundraising, donor management, and resource mobilization.
• Experience working effectively with Boards of Directors and governance structures.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and engage diverse stakeholders.
