Job Summary:

Ndi Assam Foundation, a non-profit organisation located in Abuja Nigeria, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director to lead the organisation's growth and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully stabilising and growing small non-profit organisations and implementing strategic plans to achieve their objectives. The Executive Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with donors, volunteers, and partner organisations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the organisation's objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and partner organisations
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services
• Develop and implement fundraising initiatives to support the organisation's mission
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the organisation, including financial management, human resources, and administration
• Represent the organisation at community events, conferences, and meetings
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, nonprofit management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit management, including fundraising, program development, and community engagement
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
