Provide high-level executive, administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director, enabling effective use of the MD’s time and a seamless flow of information across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel with sound prioritisation.
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with discretion.
Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports and meeting materials for the MD.
Coordinate and follow up on action items arising from management and board meetings.
Organise executive meetings, including agendas, logistics, minutes and decision tracking.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
Coordinate with the MD’s office team and departmental heads to track key initiatives and deliverables.
Handle protocol, hospitality and stakeholder engagements on behalf of the MD’s office.
Manage expense reports, documentation and records for the MD’s office.
Support special projects and represent the MD’s office as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Administration, Management, Secretarial/Office Management, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable; postgraduate qualification an advantage.
6–8 years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally at C-suite level, including managing confidential matters. Experience in a healthcare, corporate or institutional environment is an advantage.
