Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary
- As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support the daily operations of the executive office, manage schedules, coordinate projects, and oversee internal and external communications.
- You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO in driving business growth and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, travel, and correspondence
- Coordinate tasks and projects across multiple business units
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and external partners
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and support expansion initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the CEO professionally
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Salary
NGN 200,000 - 250,000 Monthly.
