We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetingsPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Track and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project milestones
Organize and maintain files and records.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
A proactive attitude with a high level of professionalism.
