Job Summary

• As the Executive Assistant to the Head Chef, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure seamless coordination of schedules, documentation, supplier engagements, and workflow within the culinary operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, meetings, and operational documentation for the Head Chef
• Coordinate suppliers, track inventory for special orders, and support procurement processes
• Assist with menu costing documentation, reporting, and record management
• Maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth administrative workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification
• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably within hospitality or food service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
