Responsibilities
Manage the Head of School's schedule, appointments, and communication, ensuring efficient time management.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating communication between the Head of School, staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Oversee administrative tasks, such as budget tracking and reporting, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with the Head of School and team members to enhance efficiency in school operations and special projects.
Review and refine administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective measures when needed.
Offer technical support on administrative systems and tools, ensuring smooth workflow within the school.
Maintain organized records, including confidential documents, progress reports, and sensitive information.
Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the Head of School’s daily operations.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head of School, adapting to changing priorities and needs.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Professional certifications are a plus).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in corporate settings.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for seamless collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in office software and technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional time management and prioritization capabilities.
