    Executive Assistant

    Qualifications/Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
    • Within 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrator, or similar role supporting senior executives.
    • Professional certification in Administrative Management, Project Management, or a related field is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational, planning, coordination, and time management skills.
    • Excellent follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
    • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management.
