Minimum of a First Degree in Law, Economics or Social Sciences from a reputable University.
Minimum of Eight (8) to Ten (10) years work experience in an executive assistant or related function role.
Serve as the Executive/technical assistant to the CEO- providing oversight of the CEO’s office and affairs, managing all personal obligations of the CEO including calendar, and travels.
Effectively manage all access to the CEO’s office, interfacing and collaborating with all business units and divisions across the Holding company ensuring streamlined communication.
Demonstrate senior-level experience, exposure, and maturity to effectively manage up and down the organizational ladder, understanding the operational demands across the business units and divisions.
Coordinate and ensure prompt delivery of business updates and reports from all business units & divisions, and effectively track corporate performance and timely report delivery to the CEO.
Maintaining a bird’s eye view on organizational culture, keeping a pulse on employee engagement, while ensuring alignment to organizational policies, cultural tenets, and organizational requirements.
Coordinate and ensure prompt delivery of business updates and reports from all business units & divisions, and effectively tracking corporate performance and timely report delivery to the CEO.
