• Manage the social media page (posting)
• Plan and execute operational procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
• Perform duties and supervise videographers and editors to deliver projects at due date.
• Develop, set, review and monitor uniform standards, operational practices, company policies to help make the company more efficient 
• Manage inflow of new business via emails from commencement of delivery.
• Ensure efficient and effective deployment of staff to provide service standard and manage business levels
• Continuously review all aspects of the operations to maximize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency
• Ensure team members have the resources and bandwidth to work effectively and efficiently.
• Manage CEO’s schedule and ensure delivery of deadlines
• Serve as liaison between the CEO and Team
• Drafting, writing, editing and proofreading text.
• Pitching ideas to publishers.
• Liaising with agents, editors and other publishing professionals.
• The ideal candidate must love writing, researching. and must have flair for the entertainment industry.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate must have:

• BSC in Business Administration or any related field
• 1-3 Working Experience
• Preferred Gender: Female
• Tech Savvy
• Must have flair for the entertainment industry
