Our client, an Event Management Company, is looking to hire an Event Producer who will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring high quality delivery that meets client expectations and company standards.
This role requires a strong blend of creativity, logistics management, vendor coordination, and client engagement, with the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite as required.
This role reports to the Creative Director / Head of Operations.
Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute events (corporate, social, experiential, and brand activations).
- Develop event timelines, production schedules, and run sheets.
- Oversee onsite event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
Client Management
- Liaise with clients to understand event objectives, expectations, and budgets.
- Present creative concepts, proposals, and execution plans.
- Provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Vendor & Logistics Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (decorators, caterers, AV teams, venues, etc.).
- Coordinate logistics including venue setup, equipment, transportation, and staffing.
- Ensure all vendors deliver according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage event budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Provide post-event financial reports and reconciliation.
Creative & Production Oversight
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to develop event themes and experiences.
- Ensure branding and production elements align with client objectives.
- Supervise technical aspects such as lighting, sound, and stage design.
Hybrid Work Coordination
- Manage planning activities remotely while ensuring physical presence during critical stages (site inspections, rehearsals, event days).
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams via digital tools.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5 years proven experience in event production or event management.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
