    Estate Surveyor

    Our client, a Top Real Estate firm is in need of an Estate Surveyor.

    Qualifications

    • University Degree in relevant disciplines
    • Preferably Professional Affiliation and Membership
    • Customer relation skill
    • Minimum of 4 years experience
    • Very Good Interpersonal skill particularly in Networking
    • Familiarity with Real Estate Firm.
    • Computer Skill Proficiency
    • Creativity and ability to work with minimum or no supervision.

    Job Description

    • To give qualified advice to enable the Board of Trustees comply with the requirements of the Charities Act and the Charity Commission in relation to the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings.
    • Ensure managers across the organisation are provided with excellent and appropriate property advice and guidance
    • Work within the agreed processes to ensure correct operational management permissions are in place
    • Work with the Head of Estate Management and the Social Care Development team to scope and deliver growth projects via property acquisition
    • Review the non-operational property portfolio and develop a strategy for bringing properties back into operational use or disposing of them
    • Provide valuation advice for property disposals and acquisitions
    • Acquire, dispose of and manage all freehold and long-leasehold properties including valuation, title, planning, grants of leases or tenancies and Landlord & Tenant matters
    • Manage the planning application process, co-ordinating staff and external consultants as necessary
