Due to expansion, they are looking for an ERP/IT Officer to join their Manufacturing Sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. 
• Resolving IT support requests from employees. Troubleshoot system and network problems,
• diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up of new PC for a new employee during the onboarding process. Install, update, and
• configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications software
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the optimum benefit from them.
• Make sure that systems are not working slow – day to day monitoring.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Maintaining databases and
• ensuring system security
• Replace faulty system parts by own as required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server
• Proficient with Ms-Office packages
• Proficient with Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of Google Appsheet
