Equipment Technician at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Equipment Technician to perform daily maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment at VMAX Tea & Coffee outlets. This role ensures that all machines function efficiently to support smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on all store equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including coffee machines, ice machines, beverage dispensers, and refrigeration units.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
• Provide technical support and guidance to store staff on proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in QSR, café, or beverage chains.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for food & beverage equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
