Entry Level Stock Control Officer at Internet Solutions

• We are seeking an Entry-Level Stock Control Officer to join our team, to support inventory management, receive and store materials, and ensure efficient distribution. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, assisting with procurement tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities 

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of items in the store/warehouse.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct periodic stock-taking.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and update stock levels accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
