Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site entry-level position for a Production Officer based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Production Officer will work with the Production Pharmacist to oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and operational guidelines.
• Responsibilities include monitoring manufacturing processes, addressing production challenges, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining updated production documentation. The role also involves implementing safety practices, optimizing production efficiency, and assisting in training initiatives to maintain high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Quality Control and its application in production processes
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and processes
• Research skills to analyze and optimize production methods
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field
• Openness to learning and ability to work in teams
• 0- 3 years post NYSC
