    Enterprise Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    Enterprise Sales

    •  Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise clients, focusing on high-impact sectors like Banking, Manufacturing, and Mining & Energy. 
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their business challenges and position the company's solutions effectively. 

    Channel Sales Management 

    • Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners to drive indirect sales. 
    • Manage and grow existing partner relationships to increase lead flow and revenue contribution. 
    • Collaborate with partners to support joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded campaigns, events, and training sessions. 

    General 

    • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline health in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 
    • Provide regular forecasts and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. 
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
    • Represent the company's at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

    Job Requirements & Qualifications

    • You have at least five to eight years of work experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus. 
    • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS. 
    • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals in excess of $100K annually. 
    • Strong industry network and experience selling to clients in Manufacturing, Banking, and Mining & Energy. 
    • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. 
    • Demonstrated skills in consultative or solution selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and product demonstration. 
    • Strong business acumen, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
    • Passionate, ambitious, and charismatic with the ability to inspire client confidence and trust. 
    • Proven experience in managing channel partners, including onboarding, enablement, and performance optimization. 
    • Strong ability to develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growth, partner engagement, and market expansion. 
    • Skilled in resolving channel conflicts, aligning indirect and direct sales efforts, and using CRM/PRM tools to track partner performance.
