    Enterprise Sales Associate (Insurance Tech)

    Position Overview:

    • As a Sales Associate for ETAP Enterprise, your primary responsibility will be to sell car insurance solutions to organizations with fleets.
    • You will be working towards ambitious sales targets, helping companies optimize their fleet management while reducing costs and enhancing safety.
    • We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a keen interest in transforming the way organizations handle fleet insurance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, including banks, multinationals, and other organizations with fleets, to expand our customer base.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' unique fleet insurance needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions with a consultative approach.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to contribute to the growth and success of ETAP Enterprise.
    • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on ETAP Enterprise features, benefits, and advantages over traditional insurance providers to effectively communicate our value proposition.
    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance, technology, or related industries.
    • Client-Centric Approach: A strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Sales-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with technology and willing to learn and use our sales tools and platforms.
    • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline.
    • Positive Attitude: A positive and energetic attitude that aligns with our company culture.
