    Enterprise Sales Associate

    • As an Enterprise Sales Associate, you will drive Chowdeck's growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy Chowdeck vendors. You will handle the full sales cycle for small, medium, and large-sized food vendors, own the relationship with merchants instrumental to Chowdeck's future growth, and work to increase market share and adoption of Chowdeck within our target sector.

    This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Abuja. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Partnerships.

    You'll be required to:

    • Manage a full sales cycle from lead identification and/or assignment to close, for small, medium, and large-sized restaurants and businesses.
    • Receive inbound sales requests, qualify and close them, working closely with restaurant management and the support team to convert these requests.
    • Own a named account list and develop outbound plans for creating, nurturing, winning, and expanding business within your target sectors.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and operational teams both within and outside Chowdeck.
    • Identify new business opportunities and craft solutions across multiple products to meet key vendor partner requirements.
    • Drive sales engagements via phone and online, sustaining focused conversations to achieve clear objectives.
    • Build trust and credibility with prospects by providing accurate information and guidance regarding Chowdeck's products and capabilities.

    You're perfect for the role if you:

    • have 4+ years of sales experience, including telesales, preferably at a Foodtech or Logistics company in Abuja, with a track record of top performance.
    • are able to engage in business-level conversations and are comfortable having entry-level technical conversations at multiple levels of an organisation.
    • have a strong understanding of the buyer journey and can lead consultative, single-stakeholder deals.
    • possess strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
    • have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • are able to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
    • have a strong interest in technology and enjoy working on products that require deep product knowledge.
    • currently live in Abuja.
