Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist at Bave Design Studio

If you have a passion for optimizing business processes through ERP systems and have hands-on experience with tools like SAP, Odoo, Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, and ERP Revolution, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and maintain ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, ERPNext, ERP Revolution, etc.) to meet business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend ERP solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing business applications.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure users are proficient in ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented ERP systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP systems.
• Work on customizations and develop scripts using Python to enhance ERP functionalities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ERP system setup and management.
• Proficiency with at least two of the following ERP platforms: SAP, Odoo, Zoho Inventory, ERPNext, ERP Revolution.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be enhanced using ERP systems.
• Completed NYSC with relevant certification or degree.
• Python programming knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and clients.
