Role Review

• ‎As an Engineering Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and presenting tailored engineering solutions that solve client challenges. You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring that each solution aligns with client objectives while driving business growth.

‎Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering sector, with a focus on solution-driven sales.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their engineering needs and provide customized solutions
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing business development and retention.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client solutions are delivered on time and to specifications.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of engineering solutions.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
• Track sales performance and business development activities, using CRM tools to manage pipelines and client interactions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive and uncover new opportunities for growth

‎Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering consulting or solutions development.
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and solutions across various industries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in engineering design tools and software.
