    Engineering Services Manager (IT)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Leading the technical team in handling IT operations, maintenance, and repair of IT Systems.
    • Analyze clients' technical issues and develop plans to mitigate them.
    • Overseeing the acquisition of new technology.
    • Scheduling upgrades and replacements of software and hardware.
    • Collaborate with technical staff to create strategic plans to deliver IT services.
    • Keeping abreast of development in the technological sector.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a similar field.
    • 7 - 10 years experience in the Technical/IT field.
    • Superb analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
