    Engine Oil and Tyres Sales Executive

    Job Overview:

    As an Engine Oil and Tyres Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling engine oil and tyres products to clients, including individuals, businesses, and automotive service centers. This role requires a combination of sales skills, technical knowledge about engine oils and tyres, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Business Development:·

    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Present products and services to potential clients through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and presentations.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase product awareness and drive sales.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients as needed.

    Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to engine oil and tyre products.
    • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
    • Provide feedback to the management team regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market dynamics.

    Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of engine oil and tyre products.
    • Stay informed about advancements in automotive technology and industry standards.
    • Conduct training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical knowledge of engine oils, lubricants, and tyres is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
    • Willingness to attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and expand the client base.
