• We are seeking a reliable and seasoned Energy/Power Infrastructure Lead to lead EV Product Operations & Growth at the highest level, executing strategies to expand the MAX network globally, starting in Africa. What You'll Do:

• Build an effective procurement and supply chain for EVs, batteries, and BSS (charging station) from manufacturing to deployment in Africa
• Build an effective process for selecting locations for charging stations and for onboarding power providers via long-term PPA agreements
• Lead the engagement process with management to articulate and execute on the best growth strategy for both rural and urban EV deployments
• Deliver partnerships with public and private sector customers for EV sales and rentals
• Deliver partnerships with mini-grid operators, renewable energy providers, EV and battery manufacturers, and power generation and distribution companies
• Implement strategies to maximize the visibility and thought leadership of MAXe
• Identify funding opportunities, donors, financing partners, and investors for MAXe
• Lead and deliver funding opportunities in partnership with MAX Management
• Partner with the marketing department to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials
• Deploy scalable processes
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of MAXe and identify areas for improvement
• Make objective, data-driven decisions

Performance Management

• Measure and track key performance metrics
• Conduct competitive research and analyze our product, marketing and distribution strategies
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends that are relevant to the company's mission
• Oversee the implementation of surveys, opinion polls, data collection, and questionnaires to gain deep insight into consumer trends

• Motivate, develop and inspire an enthusiastic team to achieve remarkable results

Requirements

• First Degree in a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of the energy infrastructure ecosystem
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Strong sales and management skills
• Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with people from all types of backgrounds
• Strong problem solver, with a hands-on approach to plan and execute well
