Job Overview:

The ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of integrated security system and control room project. This role requires a deep understanding of security systems, project management methodologies, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Possess a deep understanding of integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand and address client requirements and expectations.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentor ship to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverable meet standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 Years Experience in managing similar projects.
• Proven experience in managing ELV projects, particularly in the security systems domain.
• Strong understanding of integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
• Excellent Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) is mandatory.
• Previous Experience with construction of control rooms.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 per month

• Project Manager within the Engineering Servicing Sector: 5 years (Required)
