    Electrician

    Job Summary

    • An Electrician ensures safe, functional electrical systems by installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, lighting, and appliances.
    • They troubleshoot power issues, perform preventive maintenance on electrical panels, and ensure compliance with safety codes.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintenance & Repair: Repairing wiring, lighting, outlets, and electrical components in units and common areas.
    • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing electrical malfunctions, short circuits, and power outages.
    • Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections on electrical systems to prevent failures.
    • Installation: Installing new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, electrical sockets, and breaker panels.
    • Safety Compliance: Ensuring all installations meet building codes and safety standards.
    • Emergency Service: Providing quick responses to electrical emergencies.

    Requirements

    • Experience: Proven experience as an electrician, particularly with facility maintenance or residential construction projects.
    • Skills: Expertise in wiring, cable tray installation, panel, socket, and lighting fixture installation.
    • Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to electrical safety procedures and use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
