Job Summary:

The Electrical & Instrument Engineer oversees the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Control, Electrical, and instrumentation requirements of all capital projects delivered are technically fit for purpose and meet the statutory requirements.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Should have hands-on experience with electrical & instrument equipment (Motor, Panels, Sync Panel, Switch yard, Transformer, VFDs, EOT crane, Thermocouple, RTD, Analyzer, Level Transmitter, etc.)Minimum of 10 years experience in similar functions.
• Should have good knowledge of electrical drawing.
• Capable of planning & executing preventive maintenance, and shutdown maintenance.
• Capable of doing breakdown analysis, Root cause analysis, etc.
• Capable of providing training development sessions to junior staff.
