Electrical Engineer at Swift Consulting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, testing, maintenance, and supervision of electrical systems, with a strong focus on solar energy solutions, power generation, electrical wiring, and power distribution projects. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering reliable, efficient, and safe electrical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
• Plan, supervise, and maintain power generation systems.
• Carry out electrical wiring for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems.
• Conduct site surveys, electrical load assessments, and feasibility studies.
• Prepare electrical drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.
• Supervise technicians, contractors, and project teams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Liaise with clients and provide technical support throughout project execution.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge of solar energy systems, power generation, wiring, and power distribution.
• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD or similar applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Membership or registration with relevant engineering professional bodies is an added advantage.
