Electrical Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for electronic devices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to create integrated solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of electrical designs to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and production units.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics and design specifications.
• Stay updated with industry standards and emerging technologies to implement best practices in electrical design.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, B.Tech. or related field (e.g., Mechatronics).
• 5 - 7years of relevant experience (for mid-level roles) Experience with electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• M.Sc.is an added advantage for senior roles. Certifications& Licensing Professional Engineering (PE)license (optional but preferred).
• Certifications (e.g., PMP, AutoCAD, PLC, OSHA Electrical Safety).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, EPLAN, or similar software.
• Circuit design,PLCs,SCADA, control systems.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Knowledge of NFPA,NEC,IEEE standards.

Soft Skills:
