Job Summary

• The Electrical and Electronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems and equipment within the organization.
• The role ensures the efficient operation of electrical systems, supports production activities, and improves manufacturing processes through effective electrical engineering solutions. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical and electronic systems for operational efficiency.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and components.
• Diagnose faults in electrical and electronic equipment and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
• Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Support automation and control systems used in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
• Assist in the procurement and installation of electrical equipment and components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
• Train and guide technicians on proper electrical maintenance procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, control systems, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software tools.
