To support this growth, NerdzFactory is seeking an Editorial Associate to drive daily editorial execution and content quality across the platform.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused editorial role for someone who understands the pace and discipline of digital publishing. You will be responsible for ensuring that business news, grants, tenders, and opportunities are published accurately, consistently, and on time, helping BizGrowthAfrica remain a trusted, go-to resource for Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will help maintain editorial standards, manage publishing rhythms, and ensure content is clear, relevant, and actionable. This role is ideal for an experienced editor or content professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, pays strong attention to detail, and understands the responsibility that comes with publishing time-sensitive information.

The role is based in Ogudu, Lagos, with flexibility for full-time hybrid or contract-to-full-time engagement, and offers the opportunity to directly shape the credibility, growth, and impact of a Pan-African business media platform.
