    Early Years Teacher

    Job Description

    • Our client seeks to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher for her International nursery school. As a member of her Education Management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their future.
    • In our nurturing and inclusive environment, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire children from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.

    Relationships:

    • As a Teacher for our International nursery school, you will design and implement engaging lessons that promote active learning and cater to the individual needs of each child. You will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore, collaborate, and grow.
    • You will also work closely with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and providing guidance on how to support their learning at home.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum
    • Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and cooperation
    • Provide individualized attention and guidance to students to support their learning and development
    • Evaluate and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
    • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events
    • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
    • Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
    • Assess student progress and performance through a variety of methods, such as exams, projects, and presentations
    • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and grades

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
    • International Teaching certification or license
    • Proven 5-10 years Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
    • Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons plan that align with the school's curriculum guidelines
    • Provide individualized attention and support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
    • Assess student progress and performance through a variety of methods, such as exams, projects, and presentations
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development
    • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles
    • Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on their academic performance
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and evaluate educational materials and resources
    • Support students in their social and emotional well-being
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and attendance
    • Communicate regularly and effectively with students' parents or guardians regarding their academic progress and development
    • Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and grades
    • Strong organizational, time management, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
    • Good understanding of cultural differences and willingness to navigate and embrace diversity
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning.
