In this rewarding role, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our young children (ages 2 and above). You will create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and explore through play-based activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their learning journey.
Collaborate with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's development.
Build positive relationships with children, fostering a sense of security and belonging.
Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Teaching certification is required).
A minimum of 2 year experience working with young children (ages of 2-5 years).
Excellent understanding of child development theory and the EYFS curriculum.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years education.
