About the Role:

• In this rewarding role, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our young children (ages 2 and above). You will create a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and explore through play-based activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their learning journey.
• Collaborate with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, fostering a sense of security and belonging.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Teaching certification is required).
• A minimum of 2 year experience working with young children (ages of 2-5 years).
• Excellent understanding of child development theory and the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years education.
