We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will work with young learners, delivering engaging and nurturing programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
A strong focus will be placed on literacy skills, alongside other subjects.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement play-based learning experiences that foster literacy skills and overall development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting programs to meet individual needs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers, keeping them informed about children's progress.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in early childhood education (EYFS, Montessori, etc.).
Experience working with young children
Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and nurturing learning environments.
Excellent in written and oral English
Desirable Qualifications:
Specialised training in literacy education or early childhood education.
Experience with curriculum planning and development.
