Job Summary

• E-commerce Operations Officerto manage our B2B e-commerce platform operations and serve as the operational liaison with our clients. 
• This role combines hands-on platform management with client-facing operational responsibilities. Willmaintain digital catalog while ensuring seamless order fulfillment, invoice processing, and delivery verification withaccounts.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive in follow-up, comfortable with both technical systems and client communication, and motivated to take ownership of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders from placement to delivery
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock availability
• Update product information, images, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds professionally.
