Core Responsibilities

• Website Optimization:Maintain the online platform, ensuring a user-friendly, on-brand, and secure experience.
• Digital Marketing & Sales:Develop and execute campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, social media) to increase traffic and revenue.
• Merchandising & Inventory:Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales,
• Analytics & Reporting:Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to inform strategic decisions,
• Technical & Operational Support:Manage inventory and collaborate with logistics for smooth fulfillment, as detailed by Myskillsfuture.gov.sg.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Conversion Rate
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns
• Website Traffic and Traffic-to-lead Ratio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or IT.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools,
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
