E-Channels Officer at Boctrust Microfinance Bank

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the electronic channels of the bank and promoting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
• The E-Channels/Business Officer will work closely with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure that our electronic channels are fully functional and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the usage of our electronic channels
• Monitor the performance of our electronic channels and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure that our electronic channels are fully functional and user-friendly
• Train and support customers in the use of our electronic channels
• Promote our products and services to existing and potential customers
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
• Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with the IT department and other stakeholders to ensure that our electronic channels are secure and compliant with relevant regulations
• Prepare reports on the performance of our electronic channels and present findings to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of electronic channels and customer behaviour
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
