Our client, who is a business and technology outfit with solutions ranging from Data and AI to business applications is currently looking to hire a  Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer

Job Objective/Summary

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant, you are client-facing and responsible for the collection, definition and customization of technical solution requirements through to the implementation and deployment of the solution.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop Technical development skills in the business application of focus.
• Application design based on user requirements onMicrosoft ERP(D365FO)
• Work with a team in designing, developing, and as per the specifications.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues.
• Coordinate with the Functional Team for IAT.
• Where appropriate, undertake delivery of product training.
• Collaborate on the creation of application requirements and fit/gap analysis
• Code release management, ensuring successful build and deployment to relevant environments with appropriate release notes
• Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required
• Attend webinars, Seminars & undergo personal developmental Training
• Ability to think outside the box to solve a particular problem
• Good relationship with the functional teams to test applications internally, fix the issues before going for UAT.
• Other activities assigned by Manager

Educational Qualification(s)

BSc/HND in Computer Science or Information Technology or Accounting or a closely related field.

Relevant Experience

• 2-3years Microsoft Dynamics ERP technical design and experience ( C#, X++, SSRS).
• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP as a product (customizations, upgrades, and releases) is essential.
• Experience managing the complete Microsoft Dynamics ERP full life cycle implementations
• Experience with Visual Studio and in .NET development
• Knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols
• Knowledge of standard web services and integration protocols
• Performance optimization experience (X++ application code, D365 component debugging, LCS Environment monitoring, SQL performance optimization)

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics AX/D365F&O for one or more of the following modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Retail).
• Demonstrates a strong ability to comprehend prospective clients and can guide the team on how to configure Microsoft Dynamics   ERP for a successful implementation.
• Strong people management skills (including career and line management of teams)
• Ability to solve complex problems with little to no guidance
• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in terms of foreseeing and resolving problems or challenges   before they arise or become crucial.
• Knowledge of Azure, as well as experience working in and managing cloud environments
