Report all identified defects and potential hazards in the workplace
Inform your Supervisor/HSE Representatives/HSE Officer or QHSE Manager about any workplace injury, illnesses, incidents (near misses and accidents).
Be familiar with the emergency and evacuation procedures and the location of the emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kit, etc.) in order to be able to protect themselves in the event of emergency.
