Job Description

• DriveMe is looking for a Driver Onboarding Officer with experience in mobility companies such as Gokada, Moove, Bolt, or Uber to join our growing team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing commercial drivers while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard qualified drivers for the platform.
• Conduct interviews, background checks, and documentation verification.
• Educate drivers on company policies, compliance requirements, and service expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Work closely with the Driver Management team to ensure driver engagement and retention.
• Monitor driver performance and resolve any onboarding-related issues.
• Maintain an organized database of all onboarded drivers.
• Develop strategies to improve driver onboarding efficiency and reduce churn.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in driver recruitment or onboarding at a mobility company (e.g., Gokada, Moove, Uber, Bolt, or a similar platform).
• Strong understanding of driver requirements, licensing, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
