Job Description

• The Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting the EDto various destinations, ensuring all scheduled and on-demand trips are handled with professionalism and reliability.
• Additionally, the driver will assist with occasional deliveries, maintain the vehicle's upkeep, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of routes, destinations, and alternative routes.

Responsibilities

Safe Transport:

• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transport to the ED to all scheduled and ad-hoc locations, including meetings, events, and office visits.

Route Familiarity & Planning:

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of routes to key destinations and remain prepared with alternative routes to minimize travel time.
• Conduct pre-trip planning for any scheduled journeys to identify the best possible routes.

Timely Deliveries & Errands:

• Assist with delivering essential documents, packages, or items between office and ED’s destinations as needed. Ensure no deliveries are missed or delayed.

Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness:

• Regularly inspect the vehicle for any issues and maintain cleanliness.
• Schedule and track routine maintenance and servicing of the vehicle to ensure it is always in optimal condition.

Professional Conduct & Discretion:

• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and uphold the ED's privacy and security.
• Exhibit punctuality, reliability, and a courteous demeanor at all times.
