Document Control Officer at Amazon Energy Limited

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
• Retrieving files for other employees and clients when needed.
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
• Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
• Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints for projects and engineering concerns.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailed oriented and ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 

• BSc Engineering or Job description relative field from a recognized university.
• Knowledge in administrative, document control and record keeping.
