Job Overview:

• We are looking for a skilled Django Developer with at least 4 years of experience to join our backend team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Django and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Django.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience with Django and Python.
• Solid understanding of ORMs, Django REST Framework, and database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with Docker, Celery, and Redis is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, security best practices, and testing.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
