Products should be in front of sellers fast, in real-time, through an immersive commerce experience, with trade buyers and sellers able to see live commerce opportunities and pricing.
We have built a digital ecosystem that is specifically designed to unlock the full value of the distribution network, providing real-time visibility for order and inventory management.
Our innovative platform provides brands and distributors with deep data insights into buyer trends and behaviours and helps identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify, close and onboard major FMCG distributors within allocated verticals
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with distributors and foster new partnerships
Respond to and resolve distributor questions and concerns
Identify and nurture FMCG value chain clusters through existing relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Develop strategy to motivate and drive regular order traffic via the Redcloud Marketplace platform
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
Negotiate profitable business deals with distributors and merchants
Report clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Experience we think you'll need:
Strong understanding of digital solutions across Payments, Ordering, Marketing solutions and B2B marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep digital understanding
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
