You will play a pivotal role in analyzing data and performance of brand sales for profitability to achieve maximum sales growth.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven team player with strong sales acumen and deep understanding research of FMCG brands in Nigeria.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the FMCG sector through market research.
Create and consistently update an extensive database containing comprehensive information on leading/promising FMCG companies in Nigeria. This database will serve as a valuable resource for the local brand team's engagement efforts.
Conduct thorough research on prominent FMCG companies, delving into their market presence and identifying pain points that underscore the necessity of a collaborative partnership with RedCloud Technology.
Support sales teams to grow dormant accounts by showcasing the simplicity of our online brand and distribution platforms.
Working with current clients to increase trade volume in line with company goals and individual targets
Develop customized presentations based on these findings to facilitate meaningful engagements between the brand team and potential brands.
Regularly assess the current distribution network, considering factors such as brand trading volume performance, category mix, and geography.
Provide recommendations on which regions and product categories should take priority in new distributor acquisition efforts to achieve the brand's trading volume objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the FMCG sector.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of directly related experience is required.
Demonstrated progressive experience in an analytical role within a technology business.
SaaS and B2B experience preferred.
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail to drive business growth for our brands.
Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex spreadsheets, models and presentations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills effective across all levels of management
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or similar analytical packages a plus
Familiarity with predictive modelling and AI technologies is a plus.
