Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 11 years post-call experience in dispute resolution and tax law.
Strong expertise in dispute resolution proceedings including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Knowledge of tax law and related regulations is preferred.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
