Job Description

We\'re seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider to work with our partner, primarily Bolt, and other small business partners. You\'ll be responsible for picking up and delivering items to customers while providing excellent customer service, with a primary focus on delivering services through Bolt and other partner companies as required.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Bolt to carry out daily assigned tasks.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while on duty.
• Ensure proper handling and care of company property (bike, uniform, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements:

• Must own a functional phone
• Must be skilled in performing the job role effectively
• Must be disciplined, reliable, and responsible with company property
• Familiar with navigation apps. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Salary: 80k + Commission
