Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Dispatch Rider to join our team. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering various items, documents, and packages efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver a wide range of items, documents, and packages to designated locations within the assigned area.
• Ensure prompt and accurate collection of items from suppliers, clients, or other designated locations.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Verify and confirm the accuracy of delivery addresses and contact details before each delivery.
• Handle all items with care and ensure they are securely packaged for transportation.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with clients, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on the assigned motorcycle, reporting any mechanical issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Qualifications and Requirements
• Valid motorcycle driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic rules, road networks, and alternate routes.
• Ability to navigate using GPS devices and smartphone applications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy packages when necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Basic computer literacy for recording deliveries and using communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and delivering items.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on business needs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiarity with the local area and its landmarks.

Educations Qualifications

• SSCE, ND, NCE OR HND in any discipline
