    Dispatch Rider

    • ·   Logs on the system to register for attendance as per set standard operating procedures.
    •   Checks moxes and tasks for delivery and collections that needs to be done on daily basis as per set standard operating procedures
    •  Pre-set and arrange reports received from the courier supervisor according to routes to avoid time wasting and maximise efficient service delivery.
    • Conducts delivery/ collection of specimens from/to outlaying laboratories, doctors and clients allocated areas as per set standard operating procedures.
    • Delivers envelopes, bags, stores and money to the relevant departments and laboratories to ensure satisfactory customer service.
    • Completes and signs proof of delivery for every specimen or reports collected or delivered to the relevant hospital, depot and doctor.
    • Performs Ad-hoc duties as and when required as per standard operating procedures.
    • Collects sharp containers as and when required too.
    • For the Shuttle courier, collects specimens from the statistical labs and scan them as proof of receipt/delivery.
    • For urgent courier, collects urgent specimens from the doctors on request as per set standard operating procedures.
